(Jul, 2008) Graduated from Davidson College in North Carolina in 1967 and from the University of Kentucky School of Law in 1970. Sallie and I were married in 1969.

Worked at the US Department of Justice and as an Assistant United States Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia until 1975; moved to Louisville to practice law with emphasis on commercial litigation. Am still with the same firm and have no current plans to retire.

We live in a pre-Civil War home in Pewee Valley demanding of time and money. Hobbies include reading, gardening, keeping up with kids and one grandchild.

Fondest Seneca memories: Mike Redd leading the Seneca Redskins to the 1963 State basketball championship! Also Mr. Ewing’s chair, with Mr. Ewing in it, falling over backwards in geometry class.

(July 2013) Updating my last Update---I'm still practicing law at the same firm where I have been since 1975 and still living in the same "much demanding of time and money" pre-Civil War home in Pewee Valley outside of Louisville. The latter has at least something to do with the former.  Doing much less gardening than in the past, but more leisure time reading (almost exclusively fiction) and following various favorite sports teams (e.g. Wildcats and Dodgers). Sallie's update correctly points out our happiness over our now four granddaughters and the amount of time she spends visiting not just the Lexington ones, but also the ones in Charlotte. My fond memories of high school and of our class remain as strong and vivid as ever.
